2-Minute Neck Release for Tension Relief

1️⃣ Sit tall with relaxed shoulders. Inhale deeply through your nose, and as you exhale, gently lower your chin toward your chest, feeling a light stretch in the back of your neck.

2️⃣ On your next inhale, lift your head slightly. Exhale as you tilt your right ear toward your right shoulder, holding for a breath to feel the stretch along the left side of your neck.

3️⃣ Slowly roll your chin down and over to the left side. Bring your left ear toward your left shoulder and take another deep breath, feeling the stretch on the right side.

4️⃣ Return to center. Place your right hand on the left side of your head and gently apply light pressure to deepen the stretch for a moment.

5️⃣ Switch sides and repeat. Feel the release with each breath.

6️⃣ Finish with a final deep breath. Shrug your shoulders up toward your ears, then drop them down with a sigh, allowing any last bit of tension to melt away.
