I'm a Yoga and Meditation teacher with a deep focus on the nervous system and brain-heart coherence. With 5 years of experience, I help clients create personalised practices that support their unique needs. From faith-based practices to subconscious shifting and re-learning how to breathe, I combine modern energy science with ancient wisdom for transformative health and healing.
Understanding the power of my own energy has been the foundation of my personal journey. It has helped me heal from trauma and mental illness, guiding me from a world of constant internal chaos and unhealthy external attachments to a calm and regulated baseline within my nervous system.
My passion lies in creating a fusion of yoga, literally meaning “union,” and pranayama, the ancient art of breath regulation, tailored for the chaos of the modern world. Everything I share is rooted in energy—a dynamic and infinite resource that lives within us and that moulds every aspect of our lives and how we choose to live them.
What I share is a life-long practice fuelled by whatever it is that brings you a sense of connectivity - be it to yourself, to nature, to your passions, your loved ones or to your faith. In my case, it is my relationship with God that inspires me to continue to align my internal energy and to help others to cultivate a richer life, rooted in harmony and lead with clarity.
What I offer:
Health coaching through Yoga - Yoga session tailored to your ability and needs.
Yoga Nidra - guided visualisation, exploring the lucid state between sleep + wakefulness to access the subconscious mind while resting. (1 hour of Yoga Nidra equates to 4 hours of sleep).
Guided meditation - a practice to explore your inner world and learn how to meditate in a way that suits you. E.g. practical breath-work, visualisation to release limiting belief, mindfulness meditation, Kundalini (active meditation to release dormant energy, either through energising or calming the nervous system).
Guided Christian meditation - meditating on scripture, through prayer or mixing meditation and gentle scripture-based coaching; all the presence of your faith.
