Brian “Coach” Landry
Life & Career
Leadership & Retirement Transition Coach
With over 40 years of leadership experience, I help executives and organizations reach their highest potential. My nickname "Coach" originated during my 25-year Air Force career, where I served first as a Navigator, then transitioned to developing leaders and teams. After earning a Ph.D. in Leadership from Gonzaga University in 2008, I retired from the Air Force in 2013 and founded a consulting company specializing in leadership and organizational development. I've worked across multiple industries including petrochemical, manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education, connecting effectively with everyone from line workers to CEOs.
My coaching specialties include:
Guiding leaders through positions of greater scope and authority
Developing leadership skills at all levels of influence
Helping executives design meaningful retirement transitions beyond financials
Facilitating peer advisory groups that connect high-powered leaders
My approach blends military precision, academic knowledge, and Christian values. I believe God created me with unique skills to help others find their calling and purpose.
I look forward to partnering with you on your leadership journey!
