The HatchPath Story
In 2016, Jordan Dunin, founder of HatchPath, suffered a traumatic brain injury from a diving accident that changed everything. What followed was a series of challenges that tested his resilience. In 2017, he was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease, and his health spiraled downward. Jordan endured multiple surgeries, including sinus procedures, was put on chronic antibiotics that destroyed his gut health, and even tore his hip labrum from the side effects of ciprofloxacin.
Just as he was on the brink of giving up, Jordan discovered someone who had overcome Lyme disease. Their protocol—focusing on nutrition, mindset, and treatment—became his blueprint for healing. Through discipline and belief, Jordan reclaimed his health, rebuilt his strength, and transformed his life. He became a licensed personal trainer and later a certified health and life coach with a mission to help others who felt stuck and defeated, just as he once had.
The Birth of HatchPath
During his recovery, Jordan realized how difficult it was to find the right help—someone knowledgeable, experienced, and certified to guide the journey. The coaching industry is largely unregulated, making it challenging for people to know who to trust. This inspired him to create HatchPath—a platform where people could find quality, vetted, and certified coaches all in one trusted place.
Since its founding, HatchPath has evolved to serve both individuals and organizations with a commitment to providing accessible, high-quality behavioral health coaching that drives real, measurable results.
From Individuals to Organizations
In 2024, HatchPath expanded its focus to support organizations by becoming part of their Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and offering top-tier behavioral health coaching for employees. A pivotal moment in this transition was the partnership with Operation Healing Forces (OHF). Through OHF, HatchPath delivered over 1,000 coaching sessions to Special Operations Forces (SOF) members, veterans, and their families, providing them with the tools they needed to strengthen their mental, emotional, and physical resilience.
The State of Chronic Illness and Preventative Care
According to the CDC and World Health Organization, chronic illness affects 6 in 10 adults in the U.S., and 4 in 10 suffer from two or more chronic conditions. What’s even more staggering is that many chronic illnesses are preventable through lifestyle changes, such as improved nutrition, regular exercise, and emotional support.
This data underscores the importance of preventative care and personalized coaching to address the root causes of chronic illness. HatchPath’s behavioral health coaching empowers individuals to take charge of their health, improve their mindset, and build resilience.
