Breathwork: Box Breathing

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or unfocused? Take a moment to reset your mind and body with this guided box breathing exercise. In just two minutes, this intentional breathwork practice will help you regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and restore mental clarity.

Box breathing follows a 4-4-4-4 pattern:

Inhale for four seconds

Hold your breath for four seconds

Exhale slowly for four seconds

Hold again for four seconds

Repeating this cycle helps you feel more grounded, centered, and in control, making it an excellent tool for high-pressure situations, post-meeting decompression, or simply bringing a moment of mindfulness into your workday.

Try this breathwork practice anytime you need to calm your mind, improve focus, or reset your energy—because sometimes, all it takes is a few deep breaths to shift your entire state of being. 🌿✨
