After experiencing gut issues, food sensitivities, and mindset obstacles, Alixe was inspired to pursue holistic health. As a lifelong athlete, health and wellness were always a priority, but a severe concussion at 15 became a turning point in her journey. This experience deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection, how the body keeps the score, and how pain, gut health, and behavioral patterns often trace back to pivotal life moments. Now, she is dedicated to helping others uncover the root causes of their health challenges and achieve lasting well-being.
