Laura is a dedicated, holistic self-love and empowerment coach for women. She is also a NLP Master Practitioner, hypnotherapist, Timeline Therapy practitioner and trauma informed breathwork facilitator.

Her speciality is guiding women back home to themselves and their true essence beneath the layers of 'life'. With a strong focus on helping women to learn to love, believe and accept themselves unconditionally, as well as cultivate self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and build unshakable confidence.

Her holistic style merges compassion and empowerment, offering a safe space for clients to explore and overcome the root causes of their challenges. She believes in the power of self-discovery and emotional healing to create lives filled with purpose, balance, and joy.

In addition to her expertise as a coach and hypnotherapist, Laura is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, guiding clients through deep somatic practices that help release stored trauma and tension stuck in the body. This helps to promote nervous system regulation, and unlock emotional clarity. Her sessions are deeply supportive, allowing clients to feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to their inner power.

Beyond her one-on-one coaching, Laura hosts transformative retreats, workshops, women’s circles, and group programs designed to foster community and collective healing.
