Executive Coach

Chad Lassere

As an Air Force Special Operations veteran and founder of my coaching practice, my mission is to empower driven professionals to navigate life's transformative stages or take their current roles to the next level. Drawing on my military background and extensive leadership development experience, I guide individuals through career transitions, enhance leadership authenticity, and build resilience for long-term success.

Through tailored coaching, I help people get unstuck - unlocking their potential, overcoming obstacles, achieving greater satisfaction, and becoming the leaders they aspire to be.

Who I work With

  • Professionals seeking more leadership tools; greater self-awareness and balance; better interpersonal relationships; improved understanding of values, purpose, and strengths.

  • Veterans in their transition to civilian careers, equipping them with the mindset and tools to thrive beyond the uniform and find purpose and achievement in new environments.

  • Active service members, using a strength-based approach to cultivate authentic leadership and ensure career satisfaction.

Our coaching journey focuses on creating clarity, discovering strengths, and developing sustainable strategies to achieve your goals—whether making a significant life shift or elevating your leadership abilities. Leveraging positive psychology coaching, clients gain a profound awareness of their challenges, capabilities, and assumptions, empowering them to view their situation from a new perspective and see clear pathways to their goals.
